No replacement or exchange is offered for change of mind, design, color, or size.
Replacement is only applicable in case of damaged products.
Damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

To claim a replacement, a clear uncut unboxing video is mandatory

Parcel seal before opening
Product condition during unboxing
Complete unboxing without pause
Recorded at the time of parcel opening
